Then we apply an anti-corrosion coating and an organic coat of paint. Subsequently, we remove any impurities with deionised water. We then use a current to apply an organic coat of paint in a 90,000-litre cataphoretic dip bath. The bath is currently filled with a black KTL coat of paint. The coat of paint is attracted by the exchange of electrons and is then deposited on the part. That is how we create an extremely even, sealed coat.<\/p>\n In other situations, we use electrocoating to apply a primer before wet painting<\/a> or powder coating<\/a> the parts. This ensures good corrosion resistance and adhesion.<\/p>\n After applying the anti-corrosion coating and organic coat of paint int he bath, the ultrafiltration process rinses the part. Next, e-coating requires the parts to be properly cured in the furnace. After the products have been taken off the conveyor belt, they are subjected to accurate quality control<\/a>.<\/p>\n After that, the KTL coated parts are packaged. We handle the parts manually or with robots outside the paint line. One example is the robot installation we used for a large e-mobility project<\/a>.
