We are a true one-stop-shop in your supply chain. Once we have coated the parts, we can assemble your products into complete systems. These can then be installed directly on to the vehicles on the end customer’s premises. Assembly is based on specific assembly operations. These can be done manually, with assembly monitoring systems or automatically in assembly cells that we create based on the customer and process. Robots then take over the assembly tasks. For more complex parts such as painted battery covers, the assembly is a mix of both manual and automated operations.<\/p>\n

To assemble the parts, we use a different type of technology at each stage of the process. The final products for cars and trucks tend to be assembled in a varied mix of colours. We therefore deliver the products in exactly the same sequence at the right time.<\/p>\n

Thanks to our extensive IT & Logistics systems, we usually deliver the products after sub-assembly Just In Sequence and Just In Time to our customers’ assembly lines across Europe. We do this with extremely high delivery precision. This is because we have very quick response times and follow everything up IT-wise with scans, delivery notes, delivery of packaging and lists and so on.<\/p>\n

When the products are similar, we transfer them in batch deliveries defined by you or in a more specific system such as kanban. We use such systems on trucks, for example. Trucks come in a thousand different colours, but many of them are white. For white trucks, we therefore use kanban or batch deliveries. Kanban is a batch follow-up scheduling system.\u00a0We manage the product-specific packaging based on the product deliveries.
